CHA TeleHealth

CHA Telehealth services let you connect with your CHA doctor or care team in a safe and secure way.

Telehealth includes video and phone visits and new MyChart functions, like eCheck-in for your in-person visits.

If You Need a Visit

To schedule a visit, just call your CHA Care Center or specialty clinic. We will help decide if a phone, video or in-person visit is best for you.

After a telehealth visit, your care team may ask to see you in person, depending on your needs.

Having a Phone Visit

If you are scheduled for a phone visit:

  • You will get a call from your provider or clinic at your appointment time.
  • To get the most from your phone visit, try to find a private room that is quiet.
