You deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, whether you have a place to live or not. CHA’s Healthcare for the Homeless meets you where you’re at and offers access to health care providers when you need them. Being homeless adds to the complexity of getting medical care and mental health support. We’re here to make it easier.
Our health care team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers and community health workers take a community approach to your care. We provide care at clinics, soup kitchens, drop in centers or on the streets of Cambridge and Somerville. Our providers partner with human service agencies in Cambridge and Somerville to make sure you’re getting all the support you deserve.
