CHA PACE provides healthcare and other support for adults 55 and older who want to continue living at home. We are part of the national Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).

With PACE, you get great doctors, rides to medical visits, medication and more – the things you need to live safely in the community.

You're eligible if you...

  • Are 55 years old, or older
  • Live in Allston, Arlington, Belmont, Brighton, Cambridge, Charlestown, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Revere, Somerville or Watertown, MA
  • Have medical needs that qualify you for PACE as determined by the state (call us for more details)
  • Can live safely in a community setting with appropriate support
  • Agree to receive services from CHA PACE and our authorized network of providers
